Quizilio is an adaptive learning platform that converts educational materials into daily lessons and quizzes delivered via WhatsApp. The service is offered to educational institutions, training programs, and course creators ("Clients") who enroll their students or learners.

Early Access

Quizilio is currently in early access. Features, pricing, and availability are subject to change. Early access does not guarantee continued access to the service or any specific feature set.

User Responsibilities

By using Quizilio, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when submitting forms or creating an account
• Use the service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable education regulations
• Obtain appropriate consents from students or learners before enrolling them in Quizilio-delivered programs
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the platform

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and design on this Site are the property of Quizilio LLC or its licensors. Course materials uploaded by Clients remain the property of the Client. By uploading materials, Clients grant Quizilio a limited license to process, transform, and deliver that content to enrolled students via WhatsApp.

Content You Upload

You are solely responsible for the content you upload to Quizilio. You represent that you have the rights to use and share that content and that it does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property or violate any laws.

Limitation of Liability

Quizilio and Quizilio LLC are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quizilio LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quizilio LLC, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your uploaded content, or your violation of these Terms.

Termination
